Our little guy is becoming quite the traveler! We had a recent trip to Vegas (when he was ~10 wks old) to meet up with some friends from OH... he could not get enough of all the lights & sounds! He actually had the best night's rest ever during the two nights we stayed there - 7 hrs straight!!! He scored a sweet M & M onesie & bib while I got a new sign for over the changing table hah.
His first Labor day weekend consisted of the AV Greek Festival, backyard camping, a quick trip to Santa Barbara.... with a BBQ with friends on Mon. Upcoming adventures include: his baptism in 2 wks (with new & old faces coming to town) & Disneyland... :)
New skills: batting his hands & kicking his feet more, vocalizing more, ginormous smiles, searching more for sounds & spending more time in the Jumparoo & Bumbo. Because he's getting more interested in music, Andy's gotten more use out of the xylophone we bought off the Edwards AFB Yardsale.... he's definitely getting to be more entertaining... :)
Wow, Reid is going to be so cultured! :-) Isn't fun now that he's more fun? James is the same way--he responds and talks to us and his personality is starting to show through. It's so exciting! Wish we could be out there for the baptism... heck, we wish we could be out there anytime! That time will come, though. :-)
